You can't officially unlock the boss characters in Mortal Kombat Komplete Edition, but you can play as them using mods on the PC version. Just be cautious with mods!

Unfortunately, in Mortal Kombat Komplete Edition, you can't unlock boss characters like Goro, Kintaro, or Shao Kahn for regular play. The bosses remain AI-only opponents.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but you can't unlock and play as the boss characters in MK Komplete Edition. Stick to dominating with the regular roster!
