Most characters in FighterZ can be unlocked by slogging through Story Mode or shelling out some Zeni. If you're feeling lazy (or generous), just buy the DLC.

First-hand tip: I unlocked a bunch of characters by grinding through Story Mode and racking up Zeni in battles. It's a bit of a grind, but totally worth it for the epic roster!
