Do weekly missions and events! They give good Fight Money and help you unlock characters faster.
I've unlocked tons of characters by grinding in Survival Mode and completing challenges. It's time-consuming but totally doable without spending extra cash!
You can unlock characters in Street Fighter V on PS4 by using Fight Money earned in-game or by purchasing them with real money through the PlayStation Store.
Honestly, just buy them. Grinding for Fight Money takes forever.
