To unlock Deadpool in LEGO Marvel Super Heroes, you need to complete all 11 of his side missions and collect enough gold bricks to access each mission. You'll also need to find all the red bricks, which are typically hidden in his missions.
First-hand tip: I spent hours on those side missions and gold bricks, but it was totally worth it. Deadpool's antics in the game are hilarious!
