Unlocking Eve? Simply make two or more deals with the devil in one run without having heart containers. Easy peasy!
Just focus on progressing through the game, and you'll naturally unlock many characters. Some characters, like Cain, require you to collect a set amount of coins. Keep playing and experimenting with different item combinations!
