I got everyone by focusing on the story mode first, then I tackled the arcade challenges. Zeni came in handy to buy the remaining few.
Unlocking all the characters in Dragon Ball FighterZ is pretty straightforward. Some characters become available by playing through the story mode, while others can be bought using Zeni (in-game currency) or earned through the arcade mode. Keep playing and you'll collect them all in no time!
