You don鈥檛 need a walkthrough for this, just get a Perfect in any round and crush everyone without losing. Evil Ryu will show up.
Here's what you do: Finish Arcade Mode with a Perfect on at least one round and no continues. Evil Ryu will appear as a challenger once you defeat Seth.
I remember getting Evil Ryu by finishing Arcade Mode with one Perfect round and no continues. Then you just have to beat him.
Unlocking Evil Ryu means you need to play Arcade Mode, get one Perfect, and then beat this guy when he shows up. Prepare for a fight!
