To unlock the extreme difficulty in Sonic Frontiers, you need to complete the game once. After you finish the main storyline, the option for extreme difficulty will become available in the settings. Good luck, speedster!

After you finish the game on any difficulty setting, extreme mode unlocks automatically. Time to really test those reflexes!
