You need to complete the Fossa mission on Venus. It's a boss fight against the Jackal. Take him down and you're done!

Unlocking Fossa is super easy! Just head to Venus on the star chart and complete the Fossa mission. It's a boss fight against Jackal, and once you beat it, you get your Mercury Junction access. Good luck, Tenno!

Did this yesterday! Go to Venus, find Fossa, and beat the Jackal boss. Once he’s toast, you’ll unlock the Mercury Junction.
