Sorry to burst your bubble, but Goro isn't an unlockable character in MK Komplete Edition on PC. You might find some modding magic online though!

Mods are your best bet! I installed one from the MKSecrets.net forums and got Goro on my roster. It's a bit of a workaround, but it works like a charm.
