To unlock Ken in Super Smash Bros Ultimate, you can play through the World of Light adventure mode until you find him, or he might challenge you at some point in the Classic Mode runs. You can also get him by playing multiplayer matches until he appears as a challenger!

Ken can be unlocked by playing Classic Mode, where you must play through Ryu鈥檚 path and he鈥檒l eventually show up for a fight. Good luck!
