In Road to the Show, just make sure to choose the right archetype and add the knuckleball to your pitch arsenal. Easy peasy!

To unlock the knuckleball in MLB The Show 23, create a custom player in Road to the Show, then select the starting pitcher archetype. Customize pitch options, and select knuckleball as one of your pitches. Voila!

From my experience, you need to create or edit a pitcher in Road to the Show mode and pick the knuckleball as one of the pitches. That鈥檚 how I got mine!
