You can't unlock Kratos in Mortal Kombat Komplete Edition for PC because Kratos is exclusive to the PlayStation 3 version of the game. Sorry to burst your bubble!

Kratos isn't available on the PC version, only on PS3. But hey, you can still enjoy the other awesome characters!
