Honestly, the easiest way is just to keep playing different modes and matches. He鈥檒l show up eventually!
Just play Classic Mode starting as Samus or any character in her unlock chain; Lucario will appear as an unlockable challenger eventually.
To unlock Lucario in Super Smash Bros Ultimate, you can play through the World of Light adventure mode or Classic Mode. Alternatively, you might encounter him in the Challenger's Approach after playing for a bit!
