Hey there! To unlock Luigi in Super Mario 64 DS, just get 8 Power Stars, head to Big Boo's Haunt, defeat King Boo, and grab the Luigi Cap inside the mirror room. Go get 'em!
Personal experience here: it took me a while, but once you get 8 stars and face King Boo, the Luigi Cap is in the mirror room. Trust me, you'll feel amazing when you finally get him!
You wanna unlock Luigi? First, 8 stars. Then, Big Boo's Haunt. Beat King Boo, enter the mirror room, and grab that cap!
