Mewtwo is absent from Brawl, but you can get him in Melee or later in Smash Ultimate. No Mewtwo love in Brawl, sorry!

You can't unlock Mewtwo in Brawl, he's just not in the game. Try playing as Lucario if you miss him, they’re somewhat similar!

You won't find Mewtwo in Super Smash Bros Brawl, but he's in Melee and returns in the later games like Smash 4 and Ultimate.
