Just hit level 30 and finish the Capitol Building Stronghold. You’ll find specializations waiting for you after that!

Complete the main campaign and reach World Tier 1. Then you can unlock specializations by completing Special Field Research, which consists of various objectives.

After level 30, you'll need to complete a series of challenges called Special Field Research – it's a grind, but it's worth it!

I've unlocked a specialization by completing the main campaign and reaching World Tier 1. Then, I had to complete some Special Field Research objectives. It took some effort, but it really paid off in gameplay!
