You can unlock Noob Saibot by selecting Kano and then defeating him in the Noob Saibot battle in multiplayer mode. Just make sure you have a friend who's up for the challenge!

Honestly, just play UMK3 instead where Noob Saibot's easier to unlock. Save yourself the headache!
