How to unlock players in Super Smash Bros on Nintendo Switch

You can unlock characters in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate by playing through Classic Mode, battling in World of Light, or just racking up some VS matches!
Just keep playing those VS matches! Every 10 minutes or so, a new challenger appears after a battle.
World of Light is a cool way to unlock characters while experiencing a different kind of adventure mode. Give it a go; it's pretty awesome.
Hot take: Use the 'Challenger's Approach' in the Games & More section if you missed unlocking someone. It's a total lifesaver!
