How to Unlock Race V3 in Blox Fruits
First, you gotta get V2 of your race by completing the Alchemist's quest in Green Zone. After that, to get V3, you'll need to talk to Arowe at a castle on the Green Zone Roof. He'll give you a specific quest depending on your race. Complete it, and voilà, Race V3 unlocked!

I've done this! After you have V2, find Arowe on top of the castle in Green Zone. He'll set you on a quest. Complete it for Race V3. It's a bit of a grind, but totally worth it!
Simple version: Talk to Alchemist for V2. Then talk to Arowe and do his quest for V3. Done and done.
Skip to the chase: Get V2 from Alchemist, then do Arowe’s quest for V3. Easy peasy.
