Roy isn't actually in Super Smash Bros. Brawl, but you can unlock him in Super Smash Bros. Melee! If you want to play as Roy, you'll need the Melee version for the GameCube.

Sorry to break it to you, but Roy isn't in Brawl. Try downloading the Project M mod for Brawl; it adds Roy back in!
