How To Unlock Sedna in Warframe
To unlock Sedna, you need to complete the Uranus Junction on Neptune. For that, just make sure you've completed specified tasks like defeating the Sargas Ruk on Saturn, crafting a weapon requiring Mastery Rank 5 or higher, and unlocking 15 Nodes on Neptune. Easy peasy!

You gotta beat Vay Hek at the Oro mission on Earth and then clear the Pluto Junction on Sedna. It's a bit of a grind, but worth it!
Just follow the star chart progression and complete the tasks listed in the Junction requirements. You'll get there soon enough!
Focus on completing every Junction mission you come across. They usually lead you to Sedna eventually.
