Hey! Sadly, you can't officially unlock Shadow in Sonic Mania, but you can use mods on PC to play as him. Check out the Sonic Mania ModLoader and find a Shadow mod!

Shadow's not in Sonic Mania, but you can get creative with mods on the PC version! I did it, and he zooms just like Sonic with his own flair!
