Sindel is actually a DLC character in Mortal Kombat XL. You have to buy the Kombat Pack 2 or the XL Pack to get her.

I unlocked Sindel by finishing the Story Mode, but it took some time. Totally worth it though鈥攈er moves are killer!

You can unlock Sindel in Mortal Kombat XL by completing the Story Mode. Once you beat the Story Mode, she becomes available as a playable character.
