Just max out Mortaccio's Bone weapon and collect the necessary items for the weapon evolution. Once you do that, voila! Soul Eater unlocked.

To unlock Soul Eater in Vampire Survivors, you gotta evolve Mortaccio's weapon. Keep leveling up the Bone until you collect enough power-ups and evolve it!
