To unlock Survival mode in GTA 5 Online, all you gotta do is reach level 15. Once you hit that magic number, Lester will call you with an invite to play Survival. Accept it, and you're good to dive into some of the most intense stand-your-ground action Los Santos has to offer. Remember, teamwork makes the dream work in Survival, so get your squad ready!

Just get to lvl 15. Lester gives you a ring and bam, Survival mode unlocked. Easy peasy.
