Unlocking terminals in Fallout 4 is like a mini-game where you gotta choose the right password from a list of words. It's all about trial and error, really. Start by picking a word at random - if you get it wrong, the game will tell you how many letters in your guess were correct. Use that info to make a better guess next time. Also, look out for brackets like [], {}, <>, and () touching each other in the code. Click on these for chances to remove dud words or reset your tries!

Just hack it! Look for likeness numbers after you pick a word to see how close you were. And don't forget you can exit and restart the terminal before you run out of tries to avoid getting locked out. Saves you a lot of headaches.

Honestly, just keep smashing at it until it opens. Who has time for puzzles?

If you're a Fallout 4 player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
