Don't bother, arcades are too pricey and the setup takes forever. Stick to faster money-making methods in GTA 5.

I snagged my arcade right after finishing the setup mission with Lester. Best decision ever! Great for launching the Casino Heist, and plus, you can make some in-game cash from the arcade machines. Totally recommend.
