How to Unlock Characters in Super Smash Bros 64
Unlocking characters in Super Smash Bros 64 takes a little work but it's totally worth it! To get Luigi, complete the Break the Targets minigame with all eight starter characters. For Captain Falcon, beat Classic mode in under 20 minutes and face him in a battle. Jigglypuff unlocks after you beat the Classic mode with any character, and Ness appears after completing Classic mode with three lives and no continues on Normal difficulty or higher. Happy smashing!

Honestly, just get good at Classic mode. Luigi, Falcon, Jiggly, and Ness all have specific requirements, but practice makes perfect!
