You don't need any special tricks or secret codes to unlock the Dark Arts in Hogwarts Legacy. Just play through the story, and when you hit the ‘In the Shadow of Relics’ mission, complete it to unlock those dark, juicy spells. Easy peasy, dark magic squeezy!

To master the Dark Arts in Hogwarts Legacy, first make your way through the main storyline until you reach a mission called ‘In the Shadow of Relics’. This mission is your golden ticket. Complete it, and voila, you're now a practitioner of the Dark Arts, with some cool, dark spells at your disposal. Remember, with great power comes great responsibility... or great fun, depending on how you look at it.

Hot take: Just rush through the story until 'In the Shadow of Relics'. Dark Arts unlocked. Who needs light spells anyway?

If you're a Hogwarts Legacy player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
