To unlock the Study in V Rising, you need to defeat Nicholaus the Fallen, who is a level 37 boss located in the Forgotten Cemetery. After beating him, you'll unlock the recipe for the Study and can start crafting it using 40 paper, 8 grave dust, 8 planks, and 4 copper ingots. Good luck building your vampire empire!

Yo, just beat Nicholaus the Fallen in the Forgotten Cemetery (Level 37). That'll give you the Study blueprint!
Defeat Nicholaus the Fallen, and you'll unlock it. Easy peasy.
From personal experience, I'd say focus on upgrading your gear before going after Nicholaus the Fallen. He's tough but totally worth it for the Study unlock!
