To unlock Toad's Rec Room on your Nintendo Switch, just play through the Party mode! After you complete a few of the Party Mode maps, Toad's Rec Room should unlock automatically. It's a neat little area with some fun mini-games designed specifically for the Switch's dual-screen feature when you have two Switches!
