If you're locked out of your Xbox 360, the first step is to try resetting your password via your Microsoft account. Just head over to the Microsoft account recovery page and follow the instructions for resetting your password. Easy peasy!

Hey, if all else fails, contact Xbox Support. They're super helpful and can walk you through any unlocking process. Don't try to hack it; it's not worth the risk!

Honestly, just buy a new one. They're pretty cheap now.

You might be trying to unlock parental controls on your Xbox 360. In that case, go to System Settings > Family Settings and enter the parental control password. If you've forgotten it, answer the security question or reset it using your Microsoft account. We've all been there!

If you're a Xbox player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Xbox gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
