Beat the main campaign, and the first zombie map ('Nacht der Untoten') will unlock. For the other maps, you gotta purchase the map packs.

To unlock zombie maps on World at War for PS3, you can either complete the campaign or buy the map packs from the PlayStation Store. Happy zombie hunting!

From my experience, finishing the campaign unlocks 'Nacht der Untoten,' but for 'Verrückt,' 'Shi No Numa,' and 'Der Riese,' you'll need to grab the DLC packs!
