To unlock Akuma in Street Fighter 2 Turbo, go to Ryu and wait for 2-3 seconds, move to T. Hawk, Guile, Cammy, Ryu again, and then press Start and all three punch buttons at the same time. Happy fighting!

Unlocking Akuma? Time to channel your inner ninja: Highlight Ryu for 2 sec, go to T. Hawk > Guile > Cammy > Ryu, then press Start + all Punch buttons. Boom, Akuma unlocked.
