How to unrestrict on Facebook
Go to Settings & Privacy, then Privacy Shortcuts, then tap on Restricted List. Find the person you want to unrestrict and remove them from the list. Easy peasy!

You can also manage restrictions through the Facebook app. Just a few taps and you're good to go!
Just head to the profile of the person you've restricted, tap the Friends button, then select Edit Friend List, and uncheck Restricted. Done and dusted!
