Make sure Roblox isn't restricted by age settings. Go to 'Settings' > 'Screen Time' > 'App Limits' and either remove the limit on Roblox or adjust the age rating to allow it.

Check if there are any restrictions under 'Settings' > 'General' > 'Restrictions'. Turn off any restrictions or allow access to Roblox specifically.
