You need a T9 Torx screwdriver. Flip the PS4, remove the warranty sticker, and unscrew. Simple as that!

First, turn off your PS4 and unplug all cables. Flip it over and peel back the warranty sticker to reveal the screws. Use a T9 Torx screwdriver to remove them and carefully lift off the cover. Ta-da!
