Unfortunately, TikTok doesn't have an unsend feature. You can delete messages from your side, but they stay in the recipient's chat.
Hot take: If you don't want them to see it, don't send it in the first place! TikTok isn't WhatsApp.
I've tried this myself and found out you can't unsend messages on TikTok. Better double-check before hitting send next time!
