Turn off the engine and then back on while changing the depth or angle slightly. Sometimes a little wiggle helps!

Changing the game's graphics settings to low might temporarily unstick it. Worked for me when my Cyclops was wedged in a tight spot!

Just reload your last save. It's annoying, but often it's the quickest solution!

You can try using the 'noclip' command in the console. Press F3, F8, and enable the console, then type 'noclip' to free your Cyclops.
