How to Unsubscribe from Twitch
Go to the Twitch website, click on your profile picture, then go to 'Subscriptions'. Find the subscription you want to cancel and hit 'Don't Renew' or 'Cancel Subscription'. Easy peasy!

Open Twitch on your desktop, click your profile icon, head to 'Subscriptions', find the channel you want to unsub from, and click 'Don't Renew'. Done!
Just cancel through the Subscriptions page on the Twitch site. Couldn't be simpler.
I've been through the same! Navigate to the 'Subscriptions' section under your profile and you'll see an option to cancel or not renew.
