You can unsubscribe by heading to your Account Settings on your PS4 or PS5, finding the 'Subscriptions' section, and then selecting 'Turn Off Auto-Renew' for PlayStation Plus. Simple as that!

I did this last week! Open the PlayStation app on your phone, sign in, go to 'Services List' under your profile, and hit 'Turn Off Auto-Renew' for PS Plus. Took me 2 minutes.
