Snapchat doesn't have an unsubscribe option for the app itself since it's free to download. Just delete it from your phone if you don't want to use it anymore.
To unsubscribe from Snapchat emails, open the app, tap your Bitmoji, go to settings, and manage notifications to turn off emails.
From my experience, I just tweaked the notification settings in the app and stopped getting emails. Worked like a charm!
