How to Unsubscribe from Instagram
You can't really 'unsubscribe' from Instagram like it's a newsletter, but you can deactivate or delete your account. If you just want a break, deactivate it via Settings -> Account -> Deactivate. Deleting means saying goodbye forever!

Unsubscribing from Instagram is a piece of cake! Just go to your profile, tap on the three lines at the top right, select Settings, and then click on "Account." Scroll down to "Delete Account"鈥攂ut remember, deleting is permanent, so make sure that's what you want!
Who's unsubscribing these days? Just delete the app, and move on!
Got tired of double-tapping? You can deactivate your account temporarily by going to Settings -> Account -> Deactivate Account. No biggie, you can come back anytime.
