How to Untax in Total War: Warhammer
Just click on the settlement, go to the province overview, and there’s a little checkbox to untax the province. Easy peasy!

You need to go to the province management screen and uncheck the tax box next to the settlement. Less taxes, more happiness!
Click on the province tab, then find and uncheck the tax box next to the settlement you want to untax. Boom, done!
Click on the troubled settlement, navigate to the province details, and untax it by clicking the checkbox. No more tax collectors!
