You gotta go to 'My Games & Apps' on your Xbox One, find Fortnite, press the 'Menu' button (looks like three lines), and select 'Updates.' It should update from there!

Easy peasy! Just turn on your Xbox One, make sure it's connected to the internet, and navigate to 'My Games & Apps.'
