Easy peasy! Just make sure your PS4 is connected to the internet. Go to your PS4 home screen, scroll over to GTA 5, press the 'Options' button on your controller, and select 'Check for Update'. If there's an update, it'll start downloading automatically. Just make sure you've got enough space on your hard drive!
