Easy peasy! Just download the latest CFW, stick it on a USB in a folder named 'PS3/UPDATE,' and update via System Settings.
Honestly, if you can't do it yourself, maybe you shouldn't be messing with CFW in the first place.
Been there, done that. Make sure the USB is formatted to FAT32, and always verify the MD5 checksum of your CFW file before updating!
