Alright, first format the USB to FAT32. Then, create a folder named 'PS3' and inside that, another folder called 'UPDATE'. Download the firmware update from the PlayStation website and save the file in the 'UPDATE' folder. Pop the USB into your PS3, go to 'Settings' > 'System Update' > 'Update via Storage Media', and follow the prompts. Boom, you're done!

Just make sure your USB is FAT32 formatted and download the update from the official PlayStation site. Follow the folder naming ('PS3' -> 'UPDATE') and save the update file there. Plug it into your PS3 and update from the 'System Update' menu. Easy peasy!

Honestly, updating from a USB is straightforward. Format the USB to FAT32, download the update, save it under 'PS3/UPDATE', and plug it in. The PS3 handles the rest.

If you're a PlayStation player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official PlayStation gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
