I recently upgraded my PS3 hard drive! Here's what I did: backed up my data, bought a 2.5-inch SATA hard drive, and followed an online guide to swap it out. Be sure to download the system update from Sony's site onto a USB drive for reinstallation. Took me about an hour, but totally worth it!
